Keep independent copies
Keepsake is designed to help families organize and enjoy memories. Please keep your own independent copies of every photo, video, and other important file in a separate storage service or a physical backup.
We intend to operate Keepsake for the long term, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or that the service will exist indefinitely. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Keepsake may use AI to help organize moments and draft stories. AI-generated dates, names, captions, summaries, and stories can be incomplete or wrong. Please review anything important before sharing it, relying on it, or using it in a family keepsake.
You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and consent needed to upload, use, and share photos, videos, stories, and other content through Keepsake. Be especially thoughtful when content includes children, relatives, friends, schools, or other families.
Anyone who receives a sharing link may be able to view the material it contains. Share links only with people you trust, and consider the sensitivity of the memories before sending, reposting, or forwarding them.
We may change, improve, pause, or retire features as we learn what best serves families and as the service develops. Availability, limits, supported formats, and the way features work may change over time.
Keepsake is for organizing and enjoying family memories. Its content and AI-generated output are for general informational and creative purposes only, not legal, medical, financial, educational, or other professional advice.
